Customers with a bank account at a German credit institution pay by direct debit. You instruct the online shop to debit the due invoice amount from your current account and instruct your bank to redeem the direct debit submitted by the online shop. To use the direct debit procedure, you only have to enter your IBAN in the corresponding form.

Please note: The purchase process must be completed within six minutes, after which the order process will be aborted.

Data security

Payment transactions are executed directly by our house bank, BW-Bank Stuttgart. BW-Bank uses GiroSolution GmbH as a payment service provider to ensure data security.
The Laboratorium therefore has no access to your account data.

Orders from abroad

SEPA direct debits can only be processed in euros.

For orders from abroad, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your bank can process the direct debit correctly. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via eMail.
